This section discusses common problems when using BVH Sender. If BVH Sender does not work properly, refer to the following to troubleshoot.

Avatar does not move (motion data cannot be sent)

  1. Check that the usage environment meets the requirements.
  2. Check that the IP address of the connection destination is the IP address of the PC running Unity/MotionBuilder.
  3. Check that the port number for sending and receiving UDP matches.
  4. Check that the motion data (BVH format) recorded using the mocopi app is specified.
