A new VR fusion experience

On January 13th, 2017 some of today's hottest young musical talent including Grammy Award-winning duo The Chainsmokers descended on LA Hangar Studios in the heart of Los Angeles for a live performance inviting attendees to immerse themselves in a fantasy world mediated by virtual reality. This was the kick-off of Sony's Lost in Music brand campaign, which fuses live music with cutting-edge technology to provide a completely new music experience. To find out more about the challenge of creating this new music experience, we spoke with some of the team members from Tokyo, New York, and Los Angeles who were behind the event as well as Sony's new VR experience video for The Chainsmokers' hit single "Paris."
