The workshops act to heighten the interest and joy in creating things, regardless of whether or not the participants are challenged by disabilities. Drawing on the features of Sony/Taiyo Corporation, the program is designed to make the participants aware of the varied individuality of each and every one of them, and to deepen mutual understanding through this experience of diversity and inclusion*.
