Announcing the 25 matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ for the world’s first broadcast in 3D

On April 8th in London, England, FIFA and Sony jointly announced the 25 matches selected for the first ever global 3D viewing experience of the FIFA World Cup™.

Sony will film and broadcast the matches using its 3D broadcast technology to capture and share the excitement at the stadium to football fans around the globe in 3D.
