Sony was ranked as No.3 in the fifth "Corporate Environmental Management Survey" conducted by Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Inc. in Japan.
It was recognized that Sony has globally promoted environmental conservation activities based on most strict environmental regulations among operating countries since early 1990's.
