- Microsoft internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 2 or later is necessary to run the "FeliCa Tutorial" bundled in SDK for FeliCa Enterprise/Professional/Lite and "FeliCa Format Designer" bundled in SDK for FeliCa Enterprise.
- The "FeliCa Format Designer" is a Java application. Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows XP Service Pack 2 operating systems are recommended for stable operations of JRE (Java Runtime Environment).

- Before using, please confirm that the Reader/Writer used along with the SDK (software development kit) complies with the technical, legal and safety standards regarding emission of electromagnetic radiation in the country and region of use.
- If the user intends to use an interface (CMOS) other than RS232C to connect the Reader/Writer (RC-S490 Series, RC-S493 Series), the user is required to prepare their own CMOS
RS232C conversion circuit board, for conversion of the interface to the RS232C telecommunication standard that ensures proper use of the equipment.
