Thank you very much for taking time out from your busy schedule to visit the Sony Booth at IC Card World 2007.
Under the theme, "FeliCa makes everyday life more convenient both around town and at home", we introduced a variety of FeliCa-based applications and services that add convenience to daily life. Our special exhibition zone, FeliCa World 2007, was a great success, enabling large numbers of people to understand the usefulness and scope of FeliCa applications.
Both the booth exhibits and our workshops were popular every day and we thank you once again for attending.

| <Coupon Service> *1 Coupons can now be stored in your mobile phone and used simply by waving it over a compatible reader/writer. See how a mobile phone with a built-in mobile FeliCa IC chip operates in combination with a compatible reader/writer. Visitors carrying the NTT DoCoMo 903i series are invited to participate in hands-on demonstrations. |
| <Contents Download> *1 FeliCa technology is quickly making inroads into consumer electronics systems. As one example of such newly emerging solutions, we will demonstrate how to charge an Edy e-wallet and how to download pay-for-view contents using PLAYSTATION®3 connected to a PaSoRi reader/writer. |
| <Data Communication> NFC (Near Field Communication) technology standardized under ISO/IEC 18092 endows consumer electronics devices with greater user convenience. A prototype user interface, with a focus on practical use, will be demonstrated this year to show that NFC technology is expanding into electronics products around us. |
| <Expansion into PCs> *1 The burgeoning lineup of PCs with an embedded FeliCa port, including products of other manufacturers/brands, will be presented together with their diversified applications.
