Q :	Is this page updated regularly?
A :	Yes, this page is updated on the 15th of every month (or the nearest business day if the 15th is a holiday). Newspaper announcements and industry show information are updated as required. Information is uploaded to the "What's New" area. Please check there for new information.

Q :	What do I do if I want a data sheet?
A :	Select "Data Sheet" from the dtURL http://www.sony.co.jp/semicon/. You can search for data sheets by product name, keword or category and download the PDF data. If the desired product is not listed, contact your nearest Sony sales office.

Q :	What do I do if I want a Data Book?
A :	Since data sheets are available on the Web, please use those. If you want a Data Book (hard copy) or CD-ROM, please contact your nearest Sony sales office.

Q :	How do I buy a product?
A :	It is not possible to make purchases by e-mail over the Web. Please contact your nearest Sony sales office.

Q :	How do I find out about new product specifications?
A :	You can find new product information at "New Products". This page also lists back numbers and can also be usedfor that purpose.

Q :	How do I install Acrobat reader?
A :	Go to Adobe downloads page and follow the instructions to download and install.

Q :	When I print PDF data, it is printed offset frdtom the position shown on-screen. What is the problem?
A :	When printing using a Macintosh, be sure to use the Adobe PS Printer as the printer driver. This printer driver can be downloaded from the following page. http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/ Paper settings are necessary when printing using other printer drivers. Be sure to check the printout.

Q :	The PDF file I downloaded contains garbage text. What is the problem?
A :	Please check your machine, operating system and Acrobat reader version. The operating systems which can be used are: Windows and Macintosh. Also, be sure to use Acrobat reader 4.0 or higher.
