Sensor structure has been re-examined aiming at surpassing high sensitivity independent of F value. Though the pixel size became small, the latest technology including improvement of condensing efficiency, sensor area expansion, internal gain increment and S/N ratio improvement has realized the sensitivity improvement +4dB or more than the current Sony's HAD technology sensors.
