Discussing Image Sensor Evolution and the Future of Imaging at the ISSCC 2010 Plenary Session

ISSCC 2010, an international conference on semiconductor circuits and technologies, was held from February 7 to 11, 2010, in San Francisco.
The overall theme of this year's conference was "Sensing the Future", and Tomoyuki Suzuki, Senior Vice President, Sony Corporation, presented a plenary session titled "Challenges of Images Sensor Development".
In addition to an overview of that paper (summarized by our editorial department), we also present Deputy President of Semiconductor Business Group Suzuki's reflections on trying to convey the unlimited possibilities of image sensors from the standpoint of the industry's leading image sensor company.
