These microwave monolithic ICs (MMIC) use the GaAs J-FET process which permits operation with a single positive power supply. The extensive lineup includes the transmission/reception antenna diversity compound switches CXG1090EN, CXG1106EN and CXG1166AER, and the LNA+MIX CXG1152ER which supports dual band applications.
