  The CXA3320ER is a RX/TX single chip IC developed for the GSM900/1800(1900) handsets. The CXA3320ER uses the latest high frequency process, and achieves the excellent TX modulation accuracy of ±1.5º (max.). In addition, the CXM3000GA incorporates a high-speed synthesizer and can support GPRS class 12 handsets. The diverse product lineup also includes switch ICs such as the CXG1189AXR/UR and CXG1224XR, and switch modules (SWM) with on-chip LPF such as the CXG1190AEQ and CXG1198AEQ, etc. New ICs are also planned for the future to further expand the GSM/UMTS range.
