  Sony's J-CDMA microwave monolithic IC (MMIC) lineup includes the antenna switches CXG1144AEN, CXG1188UR, CXG1210UR and CXG1212UR. These ICs use the J-PHEMT process to realize low insertion loss and on-chip logic circuits. The lineup also includes the power amplifier module CXG1178AK for a complete range of products.
