When the Micro Vault does not operate well, please download the format software from a "download" button and re-format the Micro Vault.
Note
- The reformatting process will erase any data stored on the Micro Vault. Before starting the process, make backups
of any data that you want to keep.
The notice for Windows 7 / Windows Vista users

Please close all application and Explorer before formatting the Mircro Vault. |

Please use the format software for your update. |

Please try to format 2 or 3 times, in case a part of files remain in the Micro Vault USB Disk drive after formatting, in case total capacity is 0 byte, or in case format does not seem to be made completely. Otherwise, please try to format with other Operating System than Windows 7 / Windows Vista. |
When the sixth letter in the serial number (underlined) is "A" or “B”. |

When the Micro Vault does not operate well,
please re-format the Micro Vault in Windows.
Procedure to format on Windows
- Plug Micro Vault to the computer.
- Double click on "My Computer" or "Computer" on the desktop.
- Right-click the drive icon of Micro Vault and select "format".
- Select system file "FAT32".
- Optional: check "Quick format" as the format.
- Click "Start" button. |
