This software will compress your data to virtually store about 3 times* as much data!

Note
- First, please confirm the README file.
- You can use Micro Vault Virtual Expander with Windows Vista (32Bit) , Windows XP (SP1 or later) and Windows 2000(SP3 or later). Windows Vista(64Bit) is not supported.
- Administrator rights are required.

Removable Tool for “Virtual Expander” software (After upgrade to Windows Vista)

Please check off “Activate upon start-up” setting in the task-tray of the PC before any installation to upgrade for Windows Vista from the current operating system on use. (See more details) |

In case the upgrade to Windows Vista has been done without above action, please download Removable Tool to remove “Virtual Expander” completely. |
Note
- This tool is not compatible with Windows Vista (64Bit) edition.
- Even if following message may come up to the display, the entire action of the removal are to be
completed successfully without problem. "Complete. (failed in the deletion of some registry setting or files.)".

Decompression software June 20, 2008 updated
Without using a Micro Vault drive, you can decompress the files and the folders, compressed by Micro Vault Virtual Expander, by downloading the "Decompression.exe" application.
Note
- First, please confirm the README file.
- For Windows Vista (32Bit) , Windows XP (SP1 or later) and Windows 2000(SP3 or later). Can not use for Windows Vista(64Bit), Windows Me, Windows 98/98SE, and Mac OS.
- Administrative rights is required to use this software.

Format software
When the Micro Vault does not operate well, please download the format software from a "download" button and re-format the Micro Vault.
Note
- The reformatting process will erase any data stored on the Micro Vault. Before starting the process, make backups
of any data that you want to keep.
The notice for Windows Vista users
-- When formatting Micro Vault with Windows Vista --

Please close all application and Explorer before formatting the Mircro Vault. |

Please use the format software for your update. |
| 3. |
Please try to format 2 or 3 times, in case a part of files remain in the Micro Vault USB Disk drive after formatting, in case total capacity is 0 byte, or in case format does not seem to be made completely. Otherwise, please try to format with other Operating System than Windows Vista. |
