To use Virtual Expander on Windows Vista, please download the latest version from each product website.
Pre-installed version of Virtual Expander in the MicroVault products may not work properly on Windows Vista.
Please check off “Activate upon start-up” setting in the task-tray of the PC before any installation to upgrade for Windows Vista from the current operating system on use. (See more details)
In case the upgrade to Windows Vista has been done without above action, please download Removable Tool to remove “Virtual Expander” completely.
Format software for Micro Vault USB device compatible with Windows Vista can be downloaded from this website.
For USM512FL customers : Please uninstall "Fingerprint Access Software" before the upgrade of your PC to Windows Vista.
"Auto Sync" software for USD series has been confirmed on its fundamental functions for Windows Vista OS, however, no further updates of this software are planned at this moment.
Please use MicroVault as the standard USB mass storage device, and above references are only for the functional information as USB mass storage device.
Please note that you can remove the MICRO VAULT PRO (USD) from the computer safely while the indicator light (LED) is turned on, if the process of the "safety removal" has been completed.
