If our products should prove defective in workmanship or material during the life*** of the product, then, at Sony's discretion, it will be either replaced or the purchase price refunded by Sony against the proof of purchase with all relevant details.

Such replacement or refund shall be the sole remedy of the purchaser and there shall be no liability on the part of the manufacturer, distributor or seller for any loss or damage direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product.

Sony can not be held responsible for data saved in the storage media when damage occurred on the media.

This guarantee does not cover any damage or defect due to an accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Please consult the Recommendations for Use.

This Lifetime Guarantee applies only to the original end-user purchaser and therefore is not transferable.

Please keep the original copy of your purchase receipt for any future guarantee claim.

This Lifetime Guarantee applies in the following countries: EEA countries, Switzerland, Russia, Israel and Turkey.

This Lifetime Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
