External Printer Connectivity

The UP-CR20L can connect to an external printer and use it as a slave printer.
The external printer can print on media sizes that the UP-CR20L doesn't support, which means shop owners can provide customers with two print sizes without having to replace the paper media.

ROLLOVER PRINTING

Note
The same print packs have to be loaded onto both printers for rollover printing. The printer with the lowest remaining print media will be used first.

System Requirements

To utilize this feature, firmware V1.50 or greater is required on the UP-CR20L and firmware Ver.1.50 or greater is required on the UP-DR200.
Please use a USB cable to connect the UP-CR20L and the UP-DR200. Plug the USB cable into the USB (A) port (host) on the top of the UP-CR20L.

To proceed, carry out the two steps below (using the appropriate card instead of a CompactFlash card), and then copy the data into a CompactFlash card mounted in the expansion slot.
