For Windows Firmware Upgrade Module Downloadmore: They are self-extracting files.
Firmware upgrade is started automatically after decompressing the file.
For Macintosh Software Downloadmore: They are disc image files of dmg format.
A disc image will be created after double-clicking the downloaded file.
Please read the ReadMe included in the disc image, or the installation guide for further information.

How to check Version NO.

It will be displayed on the Printer Info of the printing preferences.
Firmware version Ver "X.XX" shows the firmware version.
Please refer to the operating instruction of printer driver software for details.

How to Version Up

[Version Upgrade Procedure]

(1) Connect the printer and the PC with USB connector.
(2) Turn ON the printer.
(3) Double-click the version upgrade file on your PC.
(4) After the file is extracted, accept the license agreement in the next window.
(5) Firmware upgrade starts automatically.

Note: Do not turn off the printer during LED is flashing...Don't Turn Off!!"
