Another swiveling handset, like the SO505i. Here, a circular design in the buttons below the main LCD softens the image. In the middle of this panel is a four-way button, and in the center, a button for choosing menu options. This marks the first disc jog-compatible graphical user interface (GUI) in a Sony Ericsson handset. In response to disc jog operation, animated flower petals scatter in the direction of rotation, and more or less petals fall, depending on the amount of rotation. This and other design elements foster an emotional bond with users and embody intuitive usability.
