When we focus on design quality, the easy-to-use aspect of a product can sometimes be compromised. On the other hand, if we focus too much on a product’s ease-of-use, then the design can sometimes be boring. Sony believes that the most important aspect of designing is to achieve the best balance between the beauty and usability of its products.
